Hi.
I know this isnt a photoshop question, but is there a way to have an image overlay on your screen on top of everything, always?... like a program that will make an image always on top, above other programs?

Kiffy20: yes. there are softwares that can put something always on top
But the way windows interface is built, another "always on top" software can go on top of another always on top-software Smile

To Attach an Image to your post write the message then press the Go Advanced button. In the bottom of the advanced reply screen you will see an option to upload an image from your computer.

Confirmation code: Enter the code with CAPITAL LETTERS. There is no zero. Please add the result of 10-2*3= in front of the code.
