What renderer is better these days and why?
Vray, Maxwell or Final Render?

After looking at the various renderers, Vray looks like it does a nice job with interior scenes
maxwell i've heard has many issues with interfacing and with max so thats out of the running

vray does nice jobs with product viz and everything else too

from what i've seen you can effectively use low sample ranges and still get an accurate representation of the GI in the scene by usin light caching, then just boost the quality up for the final render
But do volumetrics etc, get rendered by vray? , say like afterburn?
I don't recall reading nothing bout that...
maxwell doesn't
Final Render does
i don't know about Final Render though..
Seems like a lower quality option.

To Attach an Image to your post write the message then press the Go Advanced button. In the bottom of the advanced reply screen you will see an option to upload an image from your computer.
