I can animate the kite just fine
I need the little tail to animate, and the string |

A kite shouldn't be too bad
clusters on a curve, a nurbs extrude along the curve, keep consctruction history on hmmmmm for the kite itself....Id try cloth and pins to nurbs or poly cylinders for the structure |

the kite can just have a little deformation on it
main concern is the string/attatched to it and the little gay ribbons |
