Job details: Lead Animator Qualifications and Experience:
Highly Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Maya or XSI
Minimum five years experience in the games industry, including at least two published titles and one published title as a Lead Animator
Undergraduate degree, or distinguished college coursework in relevant fields, or proven portfolio of industry experience
Proficient in Photoshop
Extensive Experience in Character Rigging, Skinning and Weighting
Key Frame Animation Experience
Strong Understanding of Traditional Animation Theory

Our Ideal Candidate:
Traditional Art Background
Motion Capture Animation Experience
Experience with Scripting in a 3D Package
Next Generation Console Experience Xbox360, PS3
Personal/Hobby Game Projects
Development Experience in Third Person Action/Adventure Games and/or FPS
Passion for Developing Third Person Action/Adventure Games and/or FPS
