Job details: Interactive Selection is looking for a highly talented and experienced artist to join a games dev based in Spain.

This position will involve working alongside a senior technical character artist, managing the character art department, and creating samples that define and set standards for the team.

Requirements for this position:
Ability to create medium to hi poly characters in a realistic style
Strong texturing skills
Experience with art packages such as 3D Studio Max/Maya and Photoshop.
Excellent character rigging/setup techniques including facial animation
Some knowledge of next-gen development techniques e.g. normal map generation
Strong mentoring and problem solving skills.

Knowledge of Spanish is not required for this role although some knowledge may be beneficial.
