Job details: Senior Animator As the Senior Animator you will mentoring and organizing the animators on new development team working on the Stargate Worlds MMORPG. You will be responsible for setting a high standard of animation for game characters and creatures in the game.

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain quality control and performance guidelines for all game animation assets.
Mentoring of other animators
Working with design staff and Art Director to establish animation "look and feel"
Animating characters in Maya.
Animation of humans, animals, vehicles and other-wordly creatures.

Qualifications:

2+ years of industry experience expertly animating characters for PC and/or console games with a minimum of 1 published game..
Exceptional organizational skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of games and game animation design.
Exceptional knowledge of Maya, Rigging with an eye towards animations for use in games.

Pluses:

3D modeling and/or texturing skills.
Ability to paint convincingly realistic textures for realtime-3d, characters
Knowledge of Unreal editor
