Job details: Concept Lead Candidate will be responsible for:

Setting and communicating the overall vision and style of the game, both internally and externally
Making sure the established art vision supports the overall game vision set by the Creative Director
Working with the Art Director to make sure production artists can realize the vision
Sustaining coherence, consistency and an extremely high benchmark of visual quality throughout the course of the project
Supervising and guiding a team of concept artists to ensure cohesive execution of
o Moods, style, etc.
o High-detail concept works for character and scene

A strong fine-art background is desirable, with extensive professional training in character, architecture, and scene design.
