Semag is looking for Lead Games Level Designer

Job details: We are seeking an experienced Lead Level Designer for high visibility game production. The ideal candidate has 5 + years in a Lead Level Designer role and at least two published titles.

Requirements:
Experience in leading a team of level designers
Strong skills in level design, architectural design, problem solving, intuitive, creative mind.
Implement level functionality including sounds and music.
Ability to collaborate as a part of a team to achieve a great gameplay experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Previous professional games experience.
Must be willing to relocate to Newcastle, North-East England.

Beneficial:
Experience building game maps in Unreal ED or equivalent environment mapping tools.
Experience training junior level designers.
Experience designing levels for driving / on foot multi-action genre title.
Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Photoshop or similar, Microsoft office etc.
Experience with visual scripting tools.
A love and passion for games of all genres.
