Job details: Senior Producers We are currently seeking Senior Producers for our growing Online team.

Working with game teams throughout the company, Online Producers play a key role in the success of online entertainment experiences for current and next-generation, consoles, PC/ web, and mobile gaming environments.

Requirements:

Strong passion for games, both online and offline
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Web authoring skills a plus
Experience in online game production a plus
Candidates with strengths in the following areas should apply:
Experience directing the design and development of online feature sets from creative vision thru on-schedule retail release, including live community support.
Solid understanding of current online technologies as they relate to multiplayer Internet gaming; previous engineering experience or web programming skills a plus.
Successful track record of working cross-functionally to coordinate the efforts of multiple internal and external teams (art, development, marketing, QA, business affairs, etc).
Self-starter attitude with a keen attention to detail and process orientation.
Strong customer management and communication skills
Excellent problem solving abilities.
