THQ, Kaos Studios is looking for Senior Animator
Starting Date: TBD , duration - Permanent

Job details: All applying animators must be capable to conveying motive and emotion on 3D
characters by using keyframe animation. Understanding of motion and timing is
essential. Traditional animation background is a plus. Character setup/rigging
skills are a plus. Expert skill with editing function curves is a must.
Animators will be working closely with the art director to maintain a coherent
style and feel to ensure that the game has the absolute best animation in the
industry. Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in a production
environment, preferably in the game industry.

Qualifications:
Must have traditional art training and skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability and willingness to accept and follow direction, collaborate
productively with others, and work to meet deadlines as necessary.
Positive, professional attitude. Disciplined and self-motivated with a strong
work ethic.
Ability to think creatively and analytically.
Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask effectively, prioritizes
competing demands, and follow through on details. Must be flexible enough to
deal with changing role requirements.
Passionate about games and able to articulate that passion clearly and
analytically. A broad knowledge base of console and PC games.
Secondary education degree or equivalent.
