Job details: MUST HAVE ANIMATION FEAT. EXPERIENCE:
Serve as a liaison between production and studio facilities departments, partnering and representing the production needs as it relates to:
Inter-studio office moves: work with production/facilities in moving/setting up office spaces for existing crew and new hires
Work with IT in purchasing and tracking computer equipment for production needs
Assist Assoc Producer in tracking new hire reqs/paperwork, tracking option pickups and employee reviews. Liaison with Recruiting and Newark HR as needed.
Coordinate new hire entries: tour of facility, liaison with HR in getting employee ID badges, security clearance cards, assist in getting new hire questions answered.
Create and facilitate a liaison in production moves from LA to Canadian studios. Assist production/studio facilities in planning for these large-scale production moves.
Very strong organization and people skills. They will be dealing with a lot of different personalities and most likely dealing with departments that are overwhelmed at times.
Past production experience as a Prod Sup or PM very helpful.

Requirements: ***It is important to note that this person reports to the Associate Producer of the production, not Studio Facilities. The intent of this position is to support production for day-to-day operation needs and allow the AP to focus on production needs. This position will also help to alleviate multiple people from production calling IT and facilities and gives those studio departments a point person for production.
