hello! i was looking through the tutorial on rigging muscles. found a great one with an arm lifting a barbell, extracting and retracting, however the site seems to be down for good. Is there anybody about that has this example, and if its possible could you please send it to me ruff_edge_00@yahoo.co.uk

I think either 3d studio max or maya. Do you have a copy by any chance?
