| Hello, this is a more or less general post, not necessarily application-specific: In 3D, you commonly have geometry, meshes with quite fixed point counts and all the problems that brings. Yet, sometimes you have to evolve geometry for growing things: Plants, roots, tentacles...common Geometry would be troublesome in geometry-blending, UV-management... Whats the best way to do this (except algoritm-based stuff like Maya PaintFX) ? And what would be efficient options for XSI ? |
