I don't think that you can use 3D animation in AutoCAD because it is use only for measuring dimensions.You should find a software that fits to your application or find a book that can make this application.

as far as I know, we can do 3d work by autocad. But not for animation.

No, that is not possible. Yes auto cad is 3d software but it is working on just 2 dimension e.g. may be it would be X & Y, Y & X or X & Z but doesn't work on all 3 dimension at a time. That's why it is not possible.
