Austrian Gaming Industries is looking for 2D Game Designer/Animator/Concept Artist



Job details: • Sketching and animating characters in different styles (realistic, comic,…)



Requirements: • Education in Art & Design or self-educated with profound painting and drawing skills
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Corel Painter as well as in Adobe After Effects or Adobe Flash (latest versions)
• Ability to draw and sketch on a Wacom drawing tablet
• Knowledge in 3D programs is an advantage
• Excellent skills in traditional drawing techniques (concepts, sketches)
• Expert knowledge and drawing techniques in human anatomy as well as in anatomy of animals and fantasy creatures
• Strong skills in drawing characters and environments (matte-paintings) regarding colours, designs, lighting and composition.
• Ability to finish a project from concept to a final illustration or animation
• Good communication skills
• Project based teamleading competence is an advantage
• Good problem solving skills and possession of a process-oriented approach to design
• Innovative and independent personality with good time management skills is required
