pls help... i rendered a movie file and it is quite big.. i need to send this assignment thru email.. i tried rendering few diff types of compression but it didnt help much.. zipping e file also didnt really help.. any suggestion?

Not really. It's difficult with the limitations of the email system. I would suggest finding a place you can dump the file then the recipient downloads it.

hmm.. i see. ok thanks trax.. i have found it.

try "yousendit" its a free upload website where you can send the person a link which she/he can download it from. but still they limit the size to at least 100mb of uploads. premium account can avail higher service.

if you want you can just use your yahoo account and the recepient also and just share the file through dragging it to the YM so that you have a active file sending. but you have to wait till its done.
