UI is looking for 3dsMax Modeler/texture artist needed part-time freelance to start (USA only)
Starting Date: April 15, 2010, duration - ongoing projects, ever expanding workload Job details: 3d modeling (low-poly) and texturing real-world existing city objects and buildings (from provided reference photos and data). A sample \"test\" project folder will be supplied to qualified candidates (by April 1)in which you will use supplied data to model and texture building using 3dsMax and return to us to review. Upon review of the candidates and sample work, the position will be filled by the most qualified person. Payment will be based upon hours estimated to complete the job. Starting pay per hour (general contractor/1099)= $20.00 (USD) No applicants after 4-1-10 please Requirements: Looking specifically for experienced building/city environment modelers/texture artists well versed in low-poly techniques (modeling for real-time engine environments) ie: normal map, bump map, tex unwrap, etc. Must work in 3dsMax! Basic character and vehicle modeling/rigging/animation a plus! Include link to portfolio. Must be self motivated, fast and very dependable.
