Black Dragon Entertainment is looking for Architectural 3-d Modeler and Animator

Starting Date: ASAP, duration - Till complete - ASAP

Job details: Need someone to take an existing sketch-up model of a home export it to a better 3-d program (Maya or Studio Max - WE DO NOT SUPPLY) and finish out the lighting, textures, landscaping, interior pieces (we do not supply), then create several interior and exterior renders, and a fly-through of the interior. This is a very large house (large model) and will take 3-d architectural experience.
PAY to be as follows: $2000 for entire job. $500 to start, $500 at midpoint, and $1000 on completion.

Requirements: Knowledge of architectural modeling, rendering, design and ability to create the above.
Must also own a catalog of high end 3-d furniture, and textures.
