We are looking for an experienced, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a good sense of fun to assist in the efficient administration of all aspects of our global HR department.




DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with the administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices.

- Assist with HR issues in the US and at the company’s international subsidiaries.

- Primary responsibility for day-to-day administration of the company’s US benefit programs and global stock option plan.

- Maintain personnel data in the company’s integrated HR/payroll system.

- Assist in the administration of company compensation programs.

- Coordinate recruiting programs and hiring process.

- Coordinate employee-relations activities and programs, new employee orientation, and employee recognition programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent.

- 2-4 years of work experience in HR or a related field.

- Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

- Experience in recruiting and staffing.

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.

- Proficient in Word and Excel. Experience using HRIS software. Experienced user of Equity Edge.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

- Experience working in a global HR environment a plus.
