Job details: Lighting TD/ Wrangler
Northwest Imaging & FX is looking for a Lighting TD/Wrangler to work on a fully animated 3D series. Based in Burnaby, British Columbia, we are developing an animation pipeline to grow and expand on.

Job Description:
*Lighting TD/Wrangler for a 3D series, production based over the next 8 months w/possibility of extension

Job Requirements:
*Comfortable level of ability with such 3D tools/techniques as Maya (v., Mental Ray for Maya, MR Standalone, Global Illumination/Final Gathering, Qube!
*Understanding of 3 point lighting, perform lighting/render fixes, submit jobs to render queue, monitor the I/O of data across various file systems, monitor the render farm machines/load performance

General Requirements:
*Understanding of 3D concepts and workflows
*Excellent organization, ability to juggle multiple tasks
*Strong communication and timeline skills
*Take direction well
*Ability to work independently, depending on the shift

Pluses:
*Knowledge of animation, modelling
*Must be able to work in Canada

MUST work well within a team of other skilled artists in a face-paced exciting environment, have a good sense of humor.

Demo reel submission:
