Job details: Requirements

Ability to communicate and work with artists in a fast paced CG animation studio

An ability and desire to learn

Comfortable troubleshooting desktop computer hardware and software issues

Extensive experience with Windows desktop support

Experience with Windows/Linux interoperability preferred

Linux systems administration is a plus

Exposure to networking and Cisco PIX firewalls is a plus

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and correct desktop software isssues

Install, upgrade and maintain workstations used in CG development

Maintain and update working systems documentation

Assist in maintaining a CG renderfarm

Assist with the management of mail and user accounts
