Job details: Associate Producer Associate Producer
Your focus:
o Assist team lead in managing project plan from design to completion
o Tracking the daily progress of monthly milestones
o Responsible for tracking all the assets in the game
o Working with team to maintain and track schedule
o Coordination of communication between team members
o Coordination of submissions to Sony and Microsoft
o Assist team lead in coordinating testing and localization with external vendors
o Coordination of marketing deliverables
Skillset Desired:
o Associate Producer of at least one major title on current console platforms, with good results with regards to areas of responsibility.
o 2 years game production experience with emphasis in console development
o Fluent in general industry technical jargon
o Strong communication skills with commitment to follow-through and details
o Familiar with Sony and Microsoft certification processes and organization
o Ability and willingness to travel
o Enthusiastic game player on all console platforms and multiple genres
o Strong process, organization and business skills
o High drive and initiative; proactive
o Bachelors degree
